Returns Policy

You may return/exchange most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery. Refund will only be given in case there is an error on our part (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). In other cases, you will be provided a discount coupon for the same amount which you can use to order other items once we have received the item.

Before returning any item, please contact us to confirm your eligibility of return. After approval, incase of a refund, you should expect to receive your refund within 2 weeks of giving your package to us, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

Shipping

Apart from Pakistan, we can ship to USA, UK, Canada and the UAE. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Normally delivery within Pakistan takes 3-7 days. For other countries, it varies from 1-2 weeks.

Shipping rate also varieas internationally depending on the weight of the products. Rates are calculated and mentioned at checkout automatically.

Silk or other delicate fabrics should generally be hand washed with cool water and mild detergent. More durable fabrics, like lawn viscose or polyester, can be machine washed on a gentle cycle with cold water. Regardless of the method, always make sure to wash similar colors together to prevent color bleeding.
