No. We do not currently have a physical location, although it is something we may consider in the future. In the meantime, we hope you enjoy your shopping experience on our website! 

For cancelling order, kindly contact us through E-mail, Instagram or Facebook page within 1 day of placing order along with your order id. 

Any order which has been sent to the courier company for delivery cannot be cancelled.

Shipping and Returns

We are currently only shipping within Pakistan.

We understand and try our best to deliver all orders on priority. Once the order is placed on website, a verification check is carried out, suspicions orders are blocked, orders with complete details are forwarded for further processing. We normally process all orders within 1 day of order.

All deliveries are made by our courier service partners. Hence, the delivery man is not allowed to handover the parcel before receiving the total cash amount.

Deliveries within Karachi usually take 2 - 5 business days to deliver and deliveries outside Karachi take 3 - 7 business days to deliver.

Courier Riders are instructed to call or drop a text before making any delivery attempt, however, in case of any failed attempt, please try calling back the courier company for quick delivery. Incase you failed to connect, courier company informs us via email. We will try to contact you again to solve the matter.

Eventually, orders make their way back to us if there is no response from the buyer’s end.In case the Buyer seems inappropriate, we ban the buyer from our database, hence no more services for banned customers. 

Standard Shipping charges are Rs 180. Shipping is free for orders exceeding Rs 2500. During sale, shipping charges might differ. Furthermore, for custom deliveries rates will be mentioned to the customer. 

In case you have received any damaged/wrong/faulty product, we gladly accept all merchandise for return or exchange within 7 working days of delivery, provided it:

– Is in new condition

– Hasn’t been washed, used or Altered

– Has the original price tag and packaging intact

We DO NOT entertain any change of mind requests. You are advised to read all product descriptions and instructions carefully before proceeding with your order.
